Bimber – Spirit of the Underground Baker Street #126

This single cask, cask strength single malt comes from Bimber, a London distillery in Park Royal. It is the Baker Street release in the Spirit of the Underground series, a collaboration with Transport for London. Launched in May 2021, the series gives each bottling its own Underground station. The Baker Street edition was drawn from one cask and filled 264 bottles. Bimber is known for a farm-to-bottle approach: all its barley comes from a single producer, it uses traditional floor maltings, and it ferments slowly. Its first casks were laid down on 26 May 2016, and its first single malt followed in September 2019.
