Bimber – Spirit of the Underground Chancery Lane #107

This is an English single malt from a single cask, bottled at cask strength by Bimber of Park Royal, west London. It is the Chancery Lane release in the Spirit of the Underground series, made with Transport for London. The series began in May 2021 and takes a different Underground station for each release. The Chancery Lane edition was filled into 298 bottles. Dariusz and Ewelina moved from Poland to the UK in 2003 and opened Bimber twelve years later. The distillery's first single malt appeared in September 2019, and it was the first whisky distilled and bottled in London for over a century.
