Bimber – Spirit of the Underground Oxford Circus #172

A single cask English single malt from Bimber, the London distillery, released as Oxford Circus #172 in the Spirit of the Underground series. The series was launched in May 2021 in collaboration with Transport for London, and each release celebrates a different station on the underground network. This one is one of 261 bottles. Bimber opened in Park Royal, west London, and buys all of its barley from a single producer. It uses traditional floor maltings and slow fermentation, and distils in a 1,000-litre wash still and a 600-litre spirit still made by Hoga of Spain.
