Bimber – Spirit of the Underground Paddington #20

This is a single cask English single malt from Bimber, the distillery in Park Royal, west London. It is the Paddington release in the Spirit of the Underground series, a collaboration with Transport for London. The series was launched in May 2021, and every release celebrates a different Underground station. This bottling comes from one cask at cask strength, and 314 bottles were filled. Bimber filled its first casks on 26 May 2016 and released its first single malt in September 2019, the first whisky distilled and bottled in London for over a century. Its barley all comes from a single producer, and it is malted on traditional floors.
