Fire is the first release in Bimber's Four Elements Collection, a London single malt drawn from a single cask. It is one of 242 bottles. The cask was a virgin American oak one, heavily charred, chosen to show how the distillery's fruit-forward, textured spirit meets deeply charred wood. Heat and fire shape the style and intensity of Bimber's casks, which is the idea behind this edition. The whisky comes in a 70cl bottle.
