Bird Dog Honey is a flavoured whiskey in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). It starts with Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey infused with golden honey.
The producer describes a nose of honey with hints of wood char. The palate is sweet and honeyed, touched by light spice, and the finish stays light and sweet, with the bourbon base and honey in balance.
