Bird Dog Maple is a flavoured whisky bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It combines butterscotch with dark maple and has a golden amber colour.
The nose is of rich maple syrup. On the palate come butterscotch, brown sugar and molasses, with bourbon undertones, and the finish is warm and smooth with a subtle sweetness.
It can be served over ice with a sprinkle of cinnamon, or with a splash of cherry cola.
