Black Cannon 10 Year Old is a Scottish single malt bottled by Master of Malt at 40.4% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and carries no added colouring.
The sherry casks give dark fruit and sweet, creamy notes, set against a distinctly spicy, dry and woody side. Black Cannon was introduced in 2025 alongside the Irish Harp of Darkness as one of two new dark whiskies.
The nose has ripe plums, dark cherries, malt and chocolate, with vanilla, caramel, cinnamon and light oak. The palate is creamy, with soft toffee, honey, dates and raisins. The long finish brings cinnamon, ginger, liquorice and dry oak.
