Blanc de Noir Lis Vedranis Torre Rosazza

A Brut sparkling wine made by the traditional method from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Colli Orientali del Friuli. The vines are Guyot-trained on ponca soils of marl and sandstone. Harvesting is manual, with limited yields to obtain white must from black grapes. After the first fermentation, the wine referments in bottle and ages for 12 months on the lees before disgorgement. It suits an aperitif and pairs with fresh cheeses, cured meats and dry pastries.
