Blanton's Single Barrel Itinéraires 2025 Barrel 25 Rick 43 (70cl, 50%)

Blanton's Itinéraires 2025 is a single barrel bourbon from the Buffalo Trace distillery in Kentucky, taken from Barrel 25 in Rick 43 and bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Blanton's was the first bourbon to be bottled barrel by barrel, in 1984. Each barrel ages on its own in Warehouse H, the only metal-clad warehouse on the site, where wide temperature swings intensify maturation. The nose is vanilla, dried flowers, candied fruit and golden cereals. The palate is full and silky, with soft spice, warm caramel and a faint medicinal note. The finish is long, with vanilla oak, candied citrus and a little honey.
