Blanton's Straight From The Barrel, Barrel 881 (70cl, 63.8%)

A single barrel Blanton's bourbon bottled at its natural strength of 63.8% (127.6 proof) in a 70cl bottle, without reduction. It was distilled at Buffalo Trace in Kentucky and comes from barrel 881, aged in Warehouse H, rick 110, with a dump date of 22 September 2025. The nose is intense and deep, with dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla, oak, walnut, hazelnut and spice. The palate is powerful but generous, with warm vanilla, toasted oak, dried fruit, honey, butterscotch and rye spice. The finish is long, intense and warm.
