This is a 25-year-old blended malt from Speyside, drawn from a single sherry butt and bottled by the independent Swiss bottler C. Dully Selection, a company founded in 2019 by a group of whisky enthusiasts. The malt dates from 2000 and was bottled at cask strength, 51.2% ABV, at the end of 2025.
The nose is dark dried-fruit sherry with raisins and figs, polished mahogany, dark chocolate, caramel and candied orange peel. The palate is silky and concentrated, with dried cherries, dates and plum jam, then cinnamon, nutmeg, dark honey and demerara sugar. The finish is long and warming, with oak, dark cocoa and a little pipe tobacco.
