Blood Oath Pact No. 10 (2024), Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 49.3%)

Blood Oath Pact No. 10 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Lux Row, released in 2024 as the tenth annual Blood Oath edition. It is bottled at 49.3% in a 75cl bottle. It blends three Kentucky straight bourbons with high rye content, matured in new charred American oak and then finished in two stages: first in Cabernet Franc casks, then in Merlot barrels. The nose is sweet fruit and oak with subtle wine notes. The palate offers rich caramel, tart raspberry and black pepper. The finish shows red stone fruit, with vanilla and cocoa underneath.
