A blend of aromas from Mauritius, made from local sugar cane molasses. The molasses is fermented, distilled at 95 degrees, reduced to 60% and then stored in port wine casks. Limited to 2900 bottles.
Sweet and mild, with a nutty aroma. Cinnamon and coconut on the nose; a creamy palate with orange, caramel and grapes.
