Blue Run Chosen Bourbon (75cl)

Blue Run Chosen is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Blue Run Spirits, in a 75cl bottle. It is drawn from hand-selected barrels, combining blending with single-barrel selection. In the glass it is golden amber with copper reflections, with a full, oily body. The nose is vanilla bean, caramel, toasted oak, graham cracker, candied orange peel and gentle baking spices. On the palate come brown sugar, toasted pecan, dark cherry, sweet corn and seasoned oak. The finish is long and warm, with sweet oak spice, butterscotch and soft vanilla.
