BM Signature 5 Year Old is a single malt whisky aged for five years in oak casks and bottled at 40% ABV.
The oak gives it a profile of ripe tropical fruit, sweet vanilla and warming spices on the nose. The palate is round and delicate, and it ends with a persistent, lightly woody finish.
It suits drinking neat and can also be used in cocktails.
