Bols Genever Amsterdam

Bols Genever Amsterdam is a Dutch genever made by Lucas Bols in Amsterdam to the original 1820 Lucas Bols recipe, a style that played a part in the American cocktail revolution of the 19th century. It is lightly distilled from Dutch grains with a complex mix of botanicals. A high proportion of malt-wine grain distillate gives it a smooth, malty character that works well in classic cocktails. The nose is rounded and malty with a hint of juniper. The palate is subtle malt and floral notes, with vanilla, wood and apricot, and a smooth finish.
