Bombay Sapphire Bramble (37.5%)

Bombay Bramble is a flavoured gin that pairs the character of a London dry with blackberry and raspberry. It is distilled from classic botanicals, then finished with a macerate of red fruits and a natural syrup, which gives it a vivid pink colour. On the nose it shows juniper, citrus and red fruit. The palate is soft and fruity, with the freshness of classic gin meeting ripe blackberry and raspberry in a sweet but balanced way. The finish is persistent, fruity and slightly tart. It can be drunk neat, over ice or in cocktails such as a Bramble Tonic.
