Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin (70cl, 40%)

Bombay Sapphire is a London dry gin, distilled in the traditional way from ten botanicals. The style is elegant and restrained, with the freshness of juniper set against citrus, floral and spicy notes. On the nose it is fresh and layered, with juniper, coriander, lemon and liquorice alongside floral and spicy touches. The palate is round and lively, balancing sweetness with freshness so that the ten botanicals stay in focus. The finish is long and lightly spiced. At 40% vol it works neat, over ice or in classic cocktails such as a Gin and Tonic or a Martini.
