Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Murcian Lemon London Dry Gin (75cl)

Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Murcian Lemon is a small-batch London dry gin built on the ten-botanical vapour infusion recipe of the original Bombay Sapphire, with three citrus fruits from Murcia in southeastern Spain added: Fino lemons, Navel oranges and mandarins, all peeled by hand at peak ripeness. It is distilled at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, using the Carterhead still, where botanicals sit in a perforated copper basket and are infused by vapour. Lemon leads. The nose offers lemon custard and citrus oils with an almond paste depth, and the finish is long and zippy, with candied lemon peel and a slightly bitter pith.
