Border's Malt & Rye is a hybrid whisky that joins the mildness of Scotch malt with the liveliness of American rye. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
The nose offers toasted grain, soft spices and dried fruit. On the palate the malty character and the spice of the rye sit in balance, with touches of caramel and vanilla.
The finish is medium, pairing sweetness with some complexity.
