Borders Single Grain is a Scotch single grain whisky from The Borders Distillery, bottled at 51.7% in a 70cl bottle.
It is made from malted barley and wheat, triple-distilled and aged in American oak barrels.
On the nose it offers fresh vanilla, floral honey, orange peel and soft wood spice. The palate is silky, with sweet cereal, almond, toasted oak and a little citrus. The finish is crisp and warming, with pepper, ginger and vanilla cream.
