A red wine from Burgundy made entirely from Pinot Noir. It is aged in barrique, giving delicate ruby colour with complex notes of red fruits, sweet spice and a light touch of vanilla. On the palate it is soft and elegant, with well-structured tannins and a lingering finish. It suits delicate meat dishes such as duck and rich vegetarian dishes such as mushroom risotto.
