Pinot Noir Rully Rouge - Borgogna Jaffelin

A red Burgundy from Jaffelin, grown on the hills of Rully in the Côte Chalonnaise. Pinot Noir gives delicate red fruit sensations such as cherry and strawberry, with light spicy notes and a hint of damp earth. Ageing in oak barrels harmonises the tannins and adds structure and aromatic persistence. Soft and balanced on the palate, it pairs well with white meats, mushrooms and soft cheeses.
