Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons Jaffelin

A Chablis Premier Cru from Jaffelin, made exclusively from Chardonnay grown on the calcareous and clay soils of the Vaillons parcel. The terroir gives a refined structure and vibrant minerality typical of the best Chablis. Vinification with ageing in steel or neutral wood preserves freshness and aromatic balance, highlighting delicate citrus, green apple and aromatic herb notes. It pairs well with fish, seafood and fresh cheeses. On the palate it shows pleasant acidity and an elegant persistence, suited to those who enjoy dry, easily paired wines.
