Rully Blanc Chardonnay Jaffelin

A white wine from Jaffelin in Burgundy, made from Chardonnay. Fermentation is carefully controlled and maturation takes place in oak barrels. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit such as peach and pear, with vanilla and a light buttery touch from the wood ageing. In the mouth it is creamy and well balanced, with lively freshness and a persistent, harmonious finish. It suits aperitifs, delicate fish, shellfish and medium-aged cheeses.
