Ironroot Aged 2 Years Batch 1 is a bourbon released by the Boutique-Y Whisky Company as part of its USA Series. It was distilled from Bloody Butcher corn and matured for two years, according to the label, in freshly charred oak barrels. It is bottled at 56.9% ABV in a 50cl bottle, without added colour or chill filtration. Batch 1 runs to 242 bottles.
