Bowmore 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is not chill-filtered and has added colour.
The nose is rich, marked by peat smoke and salty sea air, with a light sweetness and a little fruit. On the palate the peat smoke is clear, alongside a hint of fresh fruit and sweet spices, with a smooth texture. The finish is long and warming, with the peat still present, joined by a touch of sweetness and light spice.
