A 21 year old single cask Bowmore, cask #13, bottled by Uncharted Whisky Co at 51.3% ABV.
The whisky was distilled on 26 August 2004 and bottled about three weeks before it turned 22. It matured in refill ex-Jim Beam wood.
The cask is marked "Clermont Springs Distillery Co 2011", a historical name associated with Jim Beam that is no longer used in the same way. This points to a re-racking or vatting before Uncharted took charge of the cask.
