Bowmore 21 Year Old Sherry Cask is an Islay single malt bottled at 46% ABV. It is a blend of single malts aged for 21 years in ex-bourbon casks and ex-Oloroso sherry casks.
The whisky is then given a further period of refinement in ex-Pedro Ximénez casks.
Its aroma and flavour are complex, with peat lifted by sweet spices and light tobacco.
