Bowmore – 25 Year Old Feis Ìle 2010 (50%)

Bowmore 25 Year Old Feis Ìle 2010 is an Islay single malt made to mark 25 years of the Islay Festival (1986-2010). Only 100 bottles were filled at 50% ABV, each numbered and hand-signed by the Distillery Manager and Master Blender. The whisky was distilled in the mid-1980s and matured in Bowmore's No. 1 Vaults, beneath sea level, in first-fill American oak bourbon barrels and seasoned European oak sherry butts. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Coastal smoke sits alongside vanilla cream, tropical fruit and polished mahogany.
