This is a seven-year-old Islay single malt from Bowmore, distilled in 1999 and bottled for the Feis Ìle festival of 2007. It matured fully in a pair of first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. Each of the 700 bottles is numbered and signed by the distillery manager. The flavour is described as coastal peat and sea-spray smoke alongside honeyed malt, dark and dried fruit, chocolate and warm spice.
