Bozal Mezcal Sacatoro Reserva Ancestral is made from Sacatoro, a wild subspecies of Agave angustifolia that takes eight to twelve years to mature and is harvested from the remote hillsides of Guerrero. It is distilled entirely in clay pots. Bozal describes powerful aromas of tropical fruits, fresh berries and a sweet hint of flan.
