Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG - Ca' Bianca

A sweet, sparkling red wine from Piedmont, made mainly from the Brachetto grape. It shows a bright ruby red colour with violet hues and a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is intense and aromatic, with strawberry, raspberry and rose, plus a hint of sweet spice. On the palate it is sweet but balanced, with refreshing acidity and lively fizz, leading to a persistent aromatic finish. It suits chocolate desserts, fresh fruit, fruit tarts and blue cheeses, and festive toasts.
