A red wine from Acqui in Piedmont, made from Dolcetto grapes. It has an intense ruby red colour with violet reflections and a bouquet of ripe red fruits, floral notes and light spice. On the palate it is pleasant and easy to drink, with balanced acidity and soft tannins, ending cleanly with a light bitterness typical of Dolcetto. It suits Piedmontese dishes, lighter meats and non-aged cheeses.
