Moscato d'Asti from Ca' Bianca is a sweet, gently sparkling wine made from Moscato Bianco grown in the hills of Piedmont.
Pale straw yellow with golden reflections and fine, persistent perlage. The nose is intensely aromatic, with peach, apricot, acacia flowers, sage and lemon. On the palate the natural sweetness is balanced by fresh, lively acidity, with soft effervescence carrying fruity and floral notes to a long, pleasantly aromatic finish.
It suits aperitifs, desserts, fine pastries and spicy Asian dishes.
