A white wine from Ca' Bianca, made from Arneis in the Roero area, known for sandy and calcareous soils that give marked minerality and freshness. It is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is rich and aromatic, with white-fleshed fruit such as pear and green apple, floral nuances and a light mineral touch. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with well-integrated acidity, subtle minerality and a long, persistent finish. It suits aperitifs, light starters, fish, seafood and white meats.
