Bradshaw Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a straight bourbon made as a tribute to Terry Bradshaw, the NFL quarterback and Hall of Fame member. It was distilled by Green River Distilling Co. in Owensboro, Kentucky, from a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley, and comes in a 75cl bottle.
It is bottled at 103.8 proof, or 51.9% ABV, a nod to Bradshaw's career pass completion rate of 51.9%.
The nose brings vanilla bean, warm toffee, baked banana, worn leather and a little campfire smoke. Sweet coconut and butterscotch lead the palate, set against cinnamon and baking spices. The finish is long and warm, with vanilla, butterscotch and seasoned wood.
