A white wine from the Maremma in Tuscany, produced mainly from Vermentino. It shows a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose combines exotic fruits, floral notes and a light touch of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with lively acidity that enhances freshness and a pleasant persistence of flavours. It works as an aperitif and pairs with fish, seafood, fresh cheeses and Asian dishes. Serve at 8-10°C.
