A straight whiskey from Branch Point Distillery, made from triticale, a rye-wheat hybrid grain developed in Scotland in the late 1800s. It brings together the spice and complexity of rye with the approachability of wheat. The mash bill combines locally grown triticale with rye malt and distillers' malt. The spirit is double pot distilled, then matured in new charred American oak casks.
