A pale pink rosé from Langhe. The nose brings small red fruits, field flowers, a light citrus note and a hint of herbs. The palate is slender and clean, with lively freshness and a savoury edge that keeps it balanced and easy to drink, with medium persistence and a clean finish.
It suits an aperitif, starters, simple fish dishes, summer salads, delicate cured meats, light pizzas, vegetables and fresh cheeses. Best enjoyed young and served cold, around 10–12 °C, in a wide glass.
