Bruichladdich – 16 Years Old Organic Barley (70cl, 50%)

Bruichladdich 16 Years Old Organic Barley is an Islay single malt made from Scottish barley, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and free of added colouring. It belongs to an exploratory Bruichladdich series on barley growing in Scotland, looking at what is grown, where and how. The distillery says it supports farmers and organic systems, and points to its 2003 distillation of an organic barley harvest as a return to older ideas.
