A single cask Bruichladdich from Islay, bottled by The Whisky Chamber in a 50cl bottle. The spirit was distilled in July 2006 and matured for ten years in a sherry hogshead, then bottled at 59.1%. The outturn is 487 bottles.
The nose is sherry with nougat and a hint of sweet cherries. The palate offers sherry, cherries in chocolate, raisins and dried fruit, followed by a long finish with a touch of Christmas baking.
