Bruichladdich – Islay Barley 2010 (70cl)

This is Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2010, an unpeated Islay single malt in a 70cl bottle. It is made from barley harvested in 2010 on the island itself. The barley came from eight Islay farms: Coull, Cruach, Dunlossit, Island, Mulindry, Rockside, Starchmill and Sunderland, which gives the whisky its name. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
