Bruichladdich – Islay Barley 2014 (70cl, 50%)

Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2014 is a farm-to-glass single malt made only from Islay-grown Concerto and Propino barley, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The spirit is unpeated and matured in a mix of 80% first-fill bourbon casks, 5% second-fill sherry butts and 15% second-fill wine casks. The palate brings peach, popcorn and porridge alongside yellow fruits and honey, and the finish has hints of citrus and coastal minerality.
