Bruichladdich Links St. Andrews Swilcan Bridge is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 46% in a 50cl bottle.
PX casks give the nose a concentrated sweetness of ripe tropical fruit, raisins, vanilla and sweet oak, with orange citrus and a subtle background of honey and malt. The palate is slightly oily, balancing malt, oak, dark nuts and lighter fruit. A soft initial sweetness gives way to pepper, apple and orange peel.
The finish is warm and dry, of medium to short length, leaving a sweet, spiced memory with subtle oak.
