Octomore 16.3 is a heavily peated Islay whisky from Bruichladdich, matured for 5 years in a combination of Bourbon, Sauternes and Pedro Ximénez casks. It is bottled at 61.6% ABV.
The barley is Islay Concerto, grown in Church Field on Octomore Farm and malted to 189.5 PPM. A 2025 release, it continues the Series Six run of Octomore bottlings, with the casks described as adding sweetness and richness alongside the smoke.
