Bruichladdich – The Organic 2011 (70cl)

Bruichladdich The Organic 2011 is an 11 year old Islay single malt made from organically and biodynamically grown barley. The barley comes from the Mid Coul farms in the Highlands, near Inverness, and grew without chemical inputs. The whisky was matured in oak casks and is bottled without added colour and without chill-filtering. It belongs to the Barley Provenance Series. It is described as rich and creamy, showing the natural flavours of the barley.
