Buffalo Chip American Whiskey (46%)

Buffalo Chip American Whiskey was commissioned by Woody, who wanted a whiskey to build on the reputation of the Sturgis Buffalo Chip. It is bottled at 92 proof, or 46% ABV. The whiskey combines a wheat bourbon and a rye bourbon, finished with a touch of lightly aged whiskey. It won a gold medal in 2021 at the New York International Spirits Competition, judged in a blind tasting. It is intended to be drunk neat, on the rocks or in cocktails.
