Buffalo Trace is a Kentucky straight bourbon, made from corn, rye and barley and aged in new oak barrels in century-old warehouses. It comes in a 1-litre bottle.
Deep amber in colour, it has a nose of vanilla, mint and molasses. The palate is pleasantly sweet, with brown sugar and spice giving way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and aniseed. The finish is long, smooth and deep.
